 The following minimum qualifications must be met in order to complete a job application: 

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be a high school graduate or have your GED
• You must have a valid driver’s license
• You must have car insurance with certain coverage
• You must have verifiable work references
• You must have a clean criminal background, and
• You must have a reliable vehicle

 The most important qualification is…a heart to work with and care for senior citizens and those in need of help. We can train you to have the necessary skills, but you must possess the heart for this type of work.
