At the assessment, a comprehensive plan of care will be developed. The individual doing the assessment will ask questions about the client’s medical history, current situation, and daily needs. We will determine, with your guidance, those days and times you want a caregiver for assistance. Emergency contact numbers and other logistical information will be discussed as well.

Our employees come from a multitude of sources.    We hire certified nursing assistants, home health aides and caregivers. Our employees range in age, experience, sex and race. All employees are thoroughly questioned during interviewing, and we focus heavily on learning the personalities of each caregiver and clients to ensure the best possible match.  All employees must pass a vigorous screening and training process in order to be considered for placement in a client’s home, including:  

• Thorough criminal background check
• Drug screen
• Verification of references
• Motor Vehicle Record screening

Abundance Of Love Home Care Solutions is bonded and carries Worker’s Compensation insurance on each employee. These are important protections for our clients. 

Abundance Of Love Home Care Solutions is licensed (as applicable for the state of Alabama), insured and bonded. We have taken the necessary precautions to protect the liability of our clients. Since our caregivers range in experience, some of them are licensed, while some of them are experts in their field due to their years of hands-on experience. 

We do not require that you commit to using our service for any specific length of time. We do ask you to sign a Client Consent and Service Agreement, not binding you into any service minimum or length of time, but to ensure you that our company is agreeing to provide a service. Our agreement also discusses care, pricing options, prohibition of hiring our caregivers privately, and it is a statement of agreement between both of us. 

We understand the financial burdens that can come from home care. That’s why Abundance Of Love Home Care Solutions offers you a number of different payment options, including:  

• Private Pay
• Long-Term Care Insurance
• Worker’s Compensation
• Some Private Insurance
• Veterans Benefits

We hire our Caregivers directly and pays all required federal and state taxes as well as employer Social Security taxes. 

You will pay the agency.  We do not use third party contractors.  Each caregiver is fully employed and insured by  Abundance Of Love Home Care Solutions.

Services will begin as soon as the staffing department is able to staff the case (usually within 24 hours) and as soon as business matters are handled.

A deposit for the first week’s service is paid by the client or billing party.
